Why should I opt for the full-service model?

Because time is money. There are many great platforms out there which allow you to design and build a website yourself. However, as user-friendly as these platforms can be, there is still a major learning curve and constant changes mean users are often having to re-learn what they have already learned! Our full-service approach means we manage the entire process for you so you can focus on running your business.

Can I opt out of the monthly Hosting and Maintenance fees?

It depends. Our monthly Hosting & Maintenance plans ensure performance, security, and peace of mind. Pricing listed on this page assumes we will maintain the servers and software that make your site run smoothly and reliably.

However, if you have an internal team with enough tech skills to monitor the “under the hood” performance, we can discuss a custom quote for a one-time contract.

Can I move my site to another hosting provider down the road?

Yes! There are no contracts for our Hosting & Maintenance plans. You can cancel at any time with at least 30 days’ written notice. We will provide you with a complete set of website backups and credentials required to get set up on your new web host.

Please note: If you choose to transfer your website to another hosting provider, any premium (paid) Themes or Plugins included in your site will no longer receive updates until you or your new web host purchases them again.

Can I upgrade/downgrade to a different tier later?

Absolutely. All our websites are made to scale up or down based on your needs. If you need to change your plan, please notify us so we can discuss upfront costs, how much time we need to make the change, and changes in your monthly bill.

Can I integrate other software/tools/services such as Mailchimp or other CRM?

Yes! Custom integrations are scoped on a per-case basis. They can be added to your website upon initial design and build or added at a later date. Just let us know what you’re looking to do and we’ll make a plan!

Can you make my website on a specific platform such as Wix or Squarespace?

No. We focus our efforts on mastering an industry-standard set of software tools that are proven to perform well. Standardizing our tools allows for faster turnaround time whenever you need something updated.

How long will it take for my website to be live?

It depends. Web design and development is a custom process with many variables. After we review your specific needs, we can provide a rough ETA for your website project as part of our custom quote. Ideally, the process will take between two to eight weeks after the contract is signed and the deposit is collected.
